We are looking for passionate and skilled chefs to join our kitchen team at the new seafood restaurant Fangst!
As part of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious dishes with a focus on quality, taste and presentation. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to their craft and are ready to help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentation
Collaborate with other chefs and the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
Contribute to the development of menus and creative dishes
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene practices
Experience of cooking in a professional setting, either in a restaurant, hotel or catering
Good understanding of cooking techniques and food quality
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
