We are looking for a skilled and passionate Souss Chef to join our team at the new seafood restaurant Fangst!

As a Souss Chef, you will have a central role in our kitchen, where you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the planning, preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. We are looking for a creative and experienced individual who can inspire and motivate our team to achieve culinary heights.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of menus and recipes

Monitor the quality of cooking and presentation

Guide and train the kitchen team

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene guidelines

Manage inventory and orders for ingredients

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as Sous Chef or equivalent position

Strong skills in cooking and cooking techniques

Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
